A must follow diet formula for healthy, fit and disease free life.

At some or the other point in life, we must have heard from our elders that we must include fruits, pulses etc in our daily food.

The hectic lifestyle these days does not allow us to have a proper time dedicated to our daily meals.

Our daily diet must include:

  • 5 servings of grains and Starchy Vegetables
  • 2 Servings of fruits
  • 1 serving of seeds and nuts
  • 4 servings of vegetables
  • 3 servings of lentils and beans
